We all know and love BROWNIES 😍 A brownie is a square or rectangular shaped, usually baked chocolate dessert. If you swap chocolate with brown sugar you get a treat called a blonde brownie or blondie. The traditional brownie was invented in the late 19th century in the USA and popularised in the early 20th century in the USA and Canada. Since then heaps of different varieties of brownies developed - from fudgey or cakey to the ones containing nuts, frosting, chocolate chips, yogurt or something other. Naturally, healthy versions of brownies developed as well and we found some recipes that absolutely the yummiest ones.
