- Can I write about your brand?

You are welcome to write about us. However, please tag us and inform us of any articles or posts that you are planning. Feel free to contact admin@zekacorp.com for any sample images to make your article as easy as possible. 

  - Are you hiring?

We are always looking for talent and keep resumes on our desk all year around. If you think you can contribute to the team or would just like to learn from the experts feel free to send us your resume directly to admin@zekacorp.com. 

 - Can I be a stockist?

We typically do not accept applications for stockists or wholesale accounts, however things might change and we might get in touch after all. Feel free to send any submissions to admin@zekacorp.com

 - Can I return an item and / or get a refund?  

Please refer to our terms and conditions if your product qualifies for a return. We typically fulfill a return in the form of a store credit within 5 days of receipt of the return order if the return shipment was placed within 7 days of delivery. 

 - How do I return an item? 

Please get in touch with admin@ourgiftsociety.com to begin the return process. Please also note that any charges incurred in the return process will be your responsibility and not Our Gift Society and Co. 

 - What do I do if the item is faulty? 

If your item is faulty, please send all evidence to admin@ourgiftsociety.com and our team will attend to the replacement of the damaged / faulty item. 

 - Will I receive my order before Christmas / Holiday Period?

Our team is doing everything they can to have your products delivered on time, however strikes and occurrences out of our control can affect delivery times. Due to the high demand during holiday periods, orders placed within 28 days of the holiday period cannot be guaranteed. 

 - Can I change my order details or cancel our order?

Due to the number of orders received every day our order processing is fulfilled automatically and begins as soon as the order is placed. For this reason, unfortunately you cannot change the details or cancel your order once the order has been processed and is in production.

I would like to see and try the product before i purchase, do you have a physical store? 

We operate exclusively placed online and therefore currently do not offer our products in physical stores. This allows us to keep a close eye on quality and control of all our products. 

- Can I purchase gift vouchers? 

Unfortunately we currently do not offer gift vouchers, however sign up to out mailing list and you will be informed as soon as we have introduced them to our store. 

- How can I track my order? 

Orders are typically dispatched within 5 working days of your order, and a tracking number will be provided to you upon fulfilment. Please ensure your email is correct and that you check your junk main so that you do not miss the tracking number.  

- Where do you ship too and from? 

We have warehouses in Australia, Europe and the United States, we therefore typically ship from our local warehouse, however when the stock is not available we ship from our overseas warehouse.

- Do you offer after-pay? 

We are in the process of introducing instalment payment processes and will inform all out subscribers once a system is available for use on our store. 

- Does shipping include import / tax charges? 

No, the shipping charged on our orders only cover the cost that out delivery system charges for delivering the product to your door. Any additional taxes and charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

- How long is your processing and shipping? 

Processing normally takes up to 5 business days, however 90% of our orders are processed on the same or next day. Shipping is typically guaranteed at 20 days maximum, however these times may change depending on the season (i.e. christmas and other holidays). Please note that shipping throughout the year typical only takes 8 to 10 days. 


- Do you offer / do collaborations? 

We would like to collaborate and are happy to hear from you any time. Feel free to send a direct email with all relevant information to admin@zekacorp.com.
