Coffee is among the most commonly consumed beverages on earth, so we couldn't resist but dedicated a week of recipes to it. Due to its popularity it is not a surprise that coffee has attracted a great deal of research over the years. Thanks to its high levels of antioxidants and numerous nutrients, it also appears to be quite healthy.
