Our Favourite Salads

Let's agree that no menu is perfect without a salad. A salad is by definition a dish consisting of a mixture of small pieces of food so it can star as main attraction, side dish or even a dessert. Back in the day a salad was made only from vegetables but nowadays salads can contain anything, literally anything, from veggies, fruit, grains, nuts, pasta, meat, fish syrups,... Since there is no limitations when making a salad there is a lot of recipes out there so we collected 7 of them. These are absolutely yummy, healthy and our favourites!
