Our Favourite Fudges

Fudge is a type of sugar candy made by mixing sugar, butter and milk, heating it to around 110 °C, and then beating the mixture while it cools in order to achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. One of the most important aspects of fudge is its consistency so keeping an eye on temperature is very important. Commonly fruits, nuts, chocolate, caramel, candies or other sweets are added in or on the top of the fudge to make it eye appealing as well. Traditional fudge unfortunately isn't healthy at all. But luckily we can make it healthy - with heathy ingredients and some tricks to achieve the required consistency. We are sure you are interested so let's check the recipes 😍
